Jay's is a steakhouse, sushi bar and late-night room inside a restored 1920s church in Flagler Village. Every night we're open, it takes a big team to pull it off: in the kitchen, behind three bars and on the floor, with live music and DJs filling the room. If you take pride in hospitality and want to work somewhere with a little theater to it, we'd like to hear from you.
