About

A Church Reborn

A 1920s church in Flagler Village, rebuilt as a steakhouse and late-night room.

The restored 1920s church dining room at Jay's with chandeliers and stained glass

Jay's sits inside a restored 1920s church in the heart of Flagler Village. The sanctuary's bones are still here — a stone facade, tall arched windows, vaulted ceilings, and the original stained glass — now set against leather booths, deep velvet, and candlelight.

Early in the evening it's a proper steakhouse: USDA Prime and dry-aged cuts, a raw bar that changes with the catch, and a bar that takes its cocktails and wine seriously. Later the lights come down and the music comes up — live bands, DJs, and cabaret across three bars that keep the night going.

It's a room that does two things at once: dinner worth dressing for and a night worth staying out for — steak, drinks, and a little showmanship under one very old roof.
